A little bit about me...
I’m Robb Krautbauer, owner and qualifying broker of Mountain View Realty. For more than a decade, I’ve helped buyers and sellers throughout Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Placitas, Bernalillo, Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, South Valley, and the surrounding communities make confident real estate decisions.
My approach combines local market knowledge, strategic pricing, modern technology, sophisticated marketing, and skilled negotiation. Whether you’re selling, buying, relocating, downsizing, or investing, I provide direct, personal representation tailored to your priorities. My goal is to give you clear guidance, practical options, and a strategy designed around the outcome that matters most to you.
